The matter was looked into. Neighbours were spoken to, the footage was reviewed in full and then reviewed again by somebody senior, and at no point was anything found that could be brought before anybody. Then there is the creature. Nobody has established what it is, where it came from, or whether it counts. It was present in every frame and it has not been charged with anything either.
The file is closed. It is not being destroyed.
