it arrived wrong

a production error, a physical defect, or we sent you the wrong coping mechanism. email support@siccarrt.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence of our incompetence:

• the shirt laid flat, with the whole design and the problem in the same shot
• the size tag
• if it was damaged in shipping, the package too

you get a free replacement or a full refund. your choice. don't send it back. keep it, burn it, or use it to clean up a spill.

the abyss swallowed it

if your package hasn't materialized 3 weeks after you ordered, email us. we'll make you a new one.

if tracking says "delivered" and your hands are empty, interrogate the neighbors, the mailroom and the bushes. carriers sometimes mark things delivered a day early. still gone? tell us anyway.

it defies the size chart

lay it flat and measure it. every shirt is allowed a little wiggle room, and the size guide says how much for each fit. if yours is off by more than that, send us a photo with the tape measure across it and the print in the shot, within 14 days of delivery. free replacement.

you lied to yourself about your size (t-shirts only)

it happens. nobody reads the size chart. we can't take it back, but we'll make you a new one in the right size for $15, shipping included. keep the first one. give it to someone you don't actually like. email us within 14 days of delivery. one swap per shirt.

aesthetic regrets

no returns, refunds or exchanges for a sudden wave of buyer's remorse. it was made specifically for you. it is your burden now. read the size guide before you surrender your currency. that's what it's for.

panic (cancellations)

orders hit the production floor within hours. email us immediately. if the machines haven't started, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. if they have, you're locked in.

geographic incompetence

if a package bounces back because the address was wrong, we'll help you get it resent. the second trip isn't free. you will pay for your lack of attention to detail.

the return of your currency

approved refunds go back to your original payment method. the banking apparatus will hold it hostage for 5 to 10 business days before you see it.
