This page says what sicc arrt collects about you, where it goes, and how to make it stop. It is short because there is not much.
The email list
When you put your email in the box, we store your email address, the time, the page you were on, and your IP address. The IP address is there to keep bots off the list. All of it sits in a file on our server, and a copy goes to GoHighLevel, the service that sends the emails.
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. It works. Emails also carry a tracking link so we can see whether anyone opened or clicked, which is how we find out if a post landed. If you would rather we did not know, most email apps let you turn image loading off.
Orders
When you buy something, your name, shipping address, phone number, email, and what you ordered go to Printify, which prints and ships it, and to the carrier that delivers it. Payment goes through Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe and never touches our server; we see the last four digits and whether it went through. We keep order records for as long as tax law says we have to, which is longer than either of us would like.
Your cart
Lives in your browser, not on our server. Close the tab and it is between you and your browser.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics to see which pages people look at, and the Meta Pixel to see whether our ads work. Both set cookies in your browser. Both tell their company that somebody visited this site, which pages they saw, and roughly where in the world they are. Neither one gets your name, your address, or your card.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, neither one loads at all. We check for it before the tags run, so turning GPC on in your browser is a real off switch and not a request we file somewhere. Blocking third-party cookies also works, as does the opt-out add-on Google publishes for Analytics.
Who else touches it
- Stripe: payment and sales tax.
- Printify: printing and shipping.
- GoHighLevel: the email list.
- Google: site analytics.
- Meta: advertising measurement.
- Namecheap: the server all of this runs on.
That is the whole list.
Things we do not do
We do not sell your information for money. We do not share it with anyone who is not printing, shipping, charging for, or emailing you about something you asked for, apart from the two advertising and analytics companies named above.
Being straight with you about one thing: California law defines selling and sharing more broadly than the plain English meaning, and sending browsing activity to an advertising company counts. By that definition, the Meta Pixel is sharing. The section below says how to stop it.
If you are in California
You have the right to know what we hold, to get a copy, to have it deleted, and to opt out of what the law calls selling or sharing. To opt out, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, which we honour automatically, or email us and say so.
Email you send us
If you write to us, we keep the email. That is how email works.
Age
This site is not for children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think we have, tell us and it is gone.
Getting your data, or getting rid of it
Email support@siccarrt.com and say which you want: a copy of what we have, or all of it deleted. Unsubscribing handles the email list on its own. Order records we are legally required to keep stay until we are legally allowed to lose them.
Where we ship
The United States and Canada. We do not take orders anywhere else right now.
