the digital breadcrumbs

when your order ships, you'll get an automated email with a tracking number. you can refresh it all day. it won't make the truck drive any faster. check your spam folder before you send us an angry email.

the edges of the map

alaska, hawaii and us territories: add 7 to 12 business days. it takes longer to reach the edges of the map. the price stays the same.

fragmentation

ordered more than one? they might arrive in separate boxes on different days. don't panic when the first one shows up alone. the rest is still in transit.

accountability

check your shipping address before you pay. orders go into production within hours, and once that starts we usually can't change where it goes. if you made a mistake, email support@siccarrt.com immediately. we'll try to intercept it. no promises. accountability is a heavy burden.

broken promises

if we can't ship your order within the timeline above, we'll email you with a new date. you can accept the delay, or cancel for a full refund and go back to feeling empty.
