A grinning man in a cap throws a thumbs up in bright cartoon neon, a knife buried between his shoulder blades and the red going everywhere, and he could not possibly be more pleased about it.
It was a difficult decision and he wants everybody to know that he understands. There were factors. The timing was unfortunate, but the timing is never good, and honestly it is better to hear it directly than to find out some other way. He has already offered to help with the transition.
