sicc arrt is owned and operated by Tiffany Pacheco in Fall River, Massachusetts, United States. "We" and "us" on this site mean sicc arrt. You can reach us at support@siccarrt.com.

Agreeing to these terms

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, along with our shipping policy, returns policy and privacy policy, which are part of them. If you don't agree, don't order.

Who can order

We ship to addresses in the United States only. To place an order you must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

The products

Everything is made to order. Screens show color differently, and garment-dyed shirts vary slightly from one to the next, so the shirt in your hands may not match your screen exactly. Print placement can shift slightly from shirt to shirt. Neither of those is a defect. Measurements are on the size guide.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. Prices can change at any time, but never on an order you have already paid for.

We can refuse or cancel an order if a price was listed wrong, if the order looks fraudulent, or if we can't make it. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery times, shipping costs, refunds, replacements, size swaps and cancellations are covered on the shipping and returns pages.

Our designs

The designs, artwork, writing, photos and the sicc arrt name on this site belong to sicc arrt. Buying a shirt gets you the shirt. It does not give you the right to copy, reprint or sell the design.

Intake

Intake, the daily tarot pull, is for entertainment. It is not medical, legal, financial or any other kind of professional advice.

What you send us

When you email us or use the contact form, we use what you send, including photos, to handle your request. We won't publish it without asking you first.

Using the site

Don't use this site to break the law, commit fraud, interfere with how it works, or copy its content in bulk.

Limits

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about an order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when. An order is governed by the terms in place when it was placed.
